We require the following with all fighters:

Fighters must provide a copy of Blood Testing for HIV,Hep. B , And Hep. C 
(Which will be valid for 6 months with OSF)

Fighters must be training in a legit camp/gym in order to participate.

Fighters must have a minimum of 3 months of training in their camp before applying.

All fighters must provide contact infomation for their coach/instructors.

All fighters must fill out the "Fighter Registration" form on the website.

If a fighter fails to show up to the fight(without proper documentation), a $150 Fine, and 6 Month suspension will be issued to the fighter with the sanctioning body & you will be unable to fight in any show with the Global Combat Alliance (GCA) . ( We are only after the most prestigous fighters )
